Codec missing on caroline_arcnext cause audio_Microphone test to fail sometimes

Sometimes codec is missing on caroline.
audio_Microphone test failed to find the input device.

I sshed into root@chromeos6-row2-rack23-host1.cros and found that sound card was not loaded correctly.

Tzungbi, please find a caroline from chromestop and see if you can repro the issue.

There might be some change breaking caroline build.
The test failed on several different DUTs so it might not be device-specific.

3.18 now boots android p, all caroline testing should move to a supported kernel.
