Non-Regression:Weird white frame is seen while opening any image in files app

Chrome Version:67.0.3396.12/10575.8.0 dev channel Daisy,Candy,Reks
OS: Chrome OS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user >>Take a screenshot >>Show in folder
(2)Click SPACE to Get info of it in files app and observe while it open

Actual: Weird white frame is seen while it opens
Expected: No such weird frame should be seen while opening

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-62

Note: Issue is not seen in Linux,Windows OS

This is WAI.
The white frame is background for images.
It will be kept visible when the shown image has transparent part.
