Non-Regression:Google play apps and services window appears as chopped at bottom when docked magnifier is enabled.

OS: Chrome OS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user >>Open Play store -Google play apps and services window
(2)For ubertray/Accessibility >>enable docked magnifier and Observe the play store window at bottom

Actual: Playstore window moves up and appear as chopped at bottom
Expected: Instead,it shouldn't appear as chopped and it could be appear as expected.jpg

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-66

Note: Issue is not seen in Linux,Windows OS
