REPRO STEPS:
1.Switch to any Chinese input tool, e.g. Pinyin
2.Type something to make candidates&down arrow icon appear
3.Click Enter key (or submit any candidate)

Actual result: 
Down arrow icon does not disappear, and move down a little 
It still appear even i switch to US keyboard.


Note:
This issue does not repro on yesterday's version 10592.
