Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3399.0 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open https://jsfiddle.net/BugIssuer/t3k2zLoL/ 2. Zoom out in Chrome (Ctrl -) 3. At some point the borders disappear. On my laptop, where the Windows display scaling is set to 150%, The horizontal borders disappear (the vertical borders are visible) at Chrome zoom 50%, and the vertical borders disappear (the horizontal borders are visible) at Chrome zoom 33%. At zoom 25%, no borders are visible. With other Windows display scaling settings, the zoom level where this behavior occurs will be different. What is the expected behavior? Zooming out is possible without borders disappearing. What went wrong? The borders disappear. Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? N/A Chrome version: 68.0.3399.0 Channel: canary OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: If I remove the background-color style from the div selector, the borders don't disappear when zooming out.

Known issue. I think my current plan is to revert that old change (it caused lots and lots of issues) and work on redoing it without the problems.

This is not a P1. Zoom out is not an accessibility issue and this has been broken for a long time now. |
