At the moment, impl thread blocks until it receives a response from animation thread. We should remove this blocking because:
1) impl thread will be able to do other work while animation thread is busy running animators
2) prevent slow scripts on animation thread to cause impl to miss frame.


This is a pre-requisite to having a more sophisticated scheduling scheme for worklet animations on impl thread.
