(1) Enter VR Browsing
(2) Navigate around triggering various popup dialogs
    ex.  Page Info, Permission Request Dialogs, Exit VR dialog.
(3) Review popup dialogs' shadows.

What is the expected result?
Popup dialogs should match DD shadow.

What happens instead?
Popup dialogs match Android shadow.
