Enable Wake-on-disconnect on Poppy |

Issue descriptionNow that we have the new logic for enabling dark resume in powerd. This is a tracker bug to enable the lucid sleep once again on poppy. Things to be addressed before enabling. 2. Making sure all user triggered wakeup sources are properly recognized on a poppy.

Lets also make sure we pass suite:wifi_lucidsleep and in particular network_WiFi_WakeOnDisconnect and that Poppy (lux, soraka) regularly run those tests in the lab so we can follow regressions. |
