@robertma,

There's already an issue filed for our broken behavior that this test shows (issue 694374). What's the suggested procedure here? Do I submit a CL that updates the bug number for this new TestExpectations line and then manually close this bug?

[css-tables] Move failing wpt test to its real bug

A test that blink fails was imported and given a new bug by the
importer. We already have a bug for this behavior.

Just bookkeeping.
