Can't reproduce on 68.0.3425.0. Using two fingers to scroll through the Emojis seems to work, but the scrolling is a bit unnatural (seems to be scrolling at double the speed, not sure if intended). On a side note, clicking & dragging does not work for me (even when the mouse is released, it's still stuck in 'drag mode' and continues to track the position of the mouse). I'll file a separate bug about it.

Two finger scroll continues to not work on 66, but I'm not in a position to test 68. Interestingly, click-and-drag to scroll works fine, with the note that it draws a blue line where you move your mouse.

Sorry, I misunderstood. I thought u meant two finger scroll on touch screen, but I'm guessing you meant two finger scroll on touch pad, in which case yes this is not currently supported on Canary.
