chrome signage interactivity

Reported by roel...@cloudmen.com, Apr 18 2018

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3325.181 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. create a google slides presentation
2. publish the presentation and past this link in chrome signage
3. Add a touch screen to a chromebox play the content on, swipe to left or right

What is the expected behavior?
Going thru the slides when i swipe left of right

What went wrong?
Touch interaction is not supported, doesn't need to be really fancy with zooming and multi-touch but basic swiping would be nice and maybe in a later stadium adding clickable buttons to go to presentations, click links and setting options if there is no interaction for X-seconds/minutes what should happen (autoplay, use sheets default timing, play movie, show picture,...)

Did this work before? No

Chrome version: 65.0.3325.181 Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.13.4
Flash Version: 29.0.0.140

Maybe this sounds futuristic but other signage platforms already offer this. I don't expect chrome signage to be super futuristic but at the moment there are to much limitations to use this in real environments, clients expectations are higher then what signage offers at this moment. (We don't have to satisfy every one but please make it a bit better so we can actual use it in real cases).

Routing to David in case he wants to drive with Slides team.

What's interesting is touch-drag events actually *do* navigate slides while presenting as long as the slide controls are visible at the bottom of the screen. As soon as they are hidden, touch-drag events do nothing.

Over to Shubha as this is Kiosk related.
