Zip Archier: Extension should recover from nacl module crash |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 67.0.3395.0 When the pNaCl module of Zip Archiver accidentally crashes, it won't be able to zip/unzip files anymore without giving error messages. Currently only way to recover from this state is to signing in again. This typically happens while doing development of Zip Archiver, however, it'd be better to have it recover from that state automatically just in case of unexpected crash at runtime.
