pamelakedge19@ -- Thanks for reporting this issue. Could you please elaborate the issue - Which applications are not working, what are the steps to reproduce the issue. Could you please share the screen cast of the issue for the better understanding. Also, please update your Chrome to latest #65.0.3325.109 and if the issue is still reproduced please share the device details including the OS version. Thanks!

My chrome,,,Facebook,,, gallery anything to do with google....apps... Google works,,, but not the apps I've just told you about... Those apps keep saying their not working,, been saying this for two months now,! And you can't even get on them period to fix anything!!! Pam💝

Are you referring to Android applications on your device? Are you able to attach an adb logcat from the device?

No I can't get into Chrome,,,or Facebook,,, can't log in can't even get on them... Keeps saying their unfortunately aren't working... Pam💝

Are you able to provide an adb logcat? Have you tried clearing their data storage on your android device? Under Settings>Apps>APP>Storage>Manage Space>Clear All Data.

Are you saying you can't unlock to your Android device? You reported that you couldn't login into Chrome or facebook. Perhaps you can take a video with another device?

Please provide a screen cap (you can do this by holding down certain keys; depends on your android device). After that please attach a bug report (see https://developer.android.com/studio/debug/bug-report.html)

This is the place to report Chrome bugs, not the place to get help to log in to your Chrome or Facebook. If you are quite sure you cannot login to something, please provide detailed steps for anyone to reproduce your issue. You may get support for get your apps working at Google Chrome help forum. https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!forum/chrome Closing as wontfix, but feel free to reopen if you are sure this is due to a bug in Chrome itself, and you can provide steps to reproduce your issue on our side. |
