What steps will reproduce the problem?

Can't quite reproduce it at this time.
(1) sign into a site
(2) password prompt appears
(3) Show desktop via Hot Corner

What is the expected result?

Dialogs associated with Chrome window should hide 

What happens instead?

Dialogs and associated dialogs stay fixed onto the screen, even when Chrome window is hidden
