What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) On an Enterprise device enrolled in an OU with users sign-in restriction, sign in as a user not on the white list.
(2) Sign-in rejected as expected with a message "You are not authorized to user this device. Please contact the administrator for sign-in permission."
(3) Click on the Learn more link at the bottom left of the dialog.

What is the expected result?
The sign-in help should provide explanations and suggestions related to this error.

What happens instead?
The error is not addressed in this help page thus making this "Learn more" link useless and may even confuses the user.
