What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Add 2 user accounts (say A and B) to the device
(2) Login to user A. 
(3) Add user B using Multiprofile feature
(4) Switch to user A. Open launcher and view All Apps list
(5) Switch to user B. Open launcher and view All Apps list

What is the expected result?
There should not be any empty fields in the launcher

What happens instead?
Empty fields are seen.
