Combine content::ResourceLoadTiming and net::LoadTimingInfo

I added content::ResourceLoadTiming for plumbing through information for window.performance. I noticed that net::LoadTimingInfo has the exact same fields: I wonder if it's possible t just use net::LoadTimingInfo throughout the entire stack?
