What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Enable restricted websites: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201813
(2) Launch Chrome and load google.com

What is the expected result?
"You can not browse this page at "google.com" because it is restricted" error should be displayed.

What happens instead?
This site can't be reached error is displayed
