Pre-condition : A sample Google slide file(.ppt) should be present in the google drive

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, navigate to 'https://drive.google.com/' and login with valid credentials. 
(2) Right click on any google slide file listed in the drive and click on 'Preview' option from context menu.
(3) On the Preview window click on Setting icon and click on Print option or press cmd + P and observe.

Actual: Print option does not work in preview mode.
Expected: Print option should work in preview mode.

This is a Non-regression issue, seen from M-61 build #61.0.3113.0.
  
NOTE: 
1. Issue is also seen on Beta(build #66.0.3359.106), Dev(build #67.0.3393.4) and Canary(build #68.0.3398.0)
2. Issue is not seen on Mozilla Firefox (Please refer the attached screencast for Expected Video)
