Black patch appears while loading the page.

Issue description

Chrome Version: 66.0.3359.117 (Official Build)Revision 7f59c28e25283df88e0c6ac8d8b2551d8c6ad93b-refs/branch-heads/3359@{#723}(64 bit)
OS: Mac(10.12.6, 10.13.1, 10.13.5)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and open NTP,navigate to http://media.tojicode.com/q3bsp/
(2)After loading the page navigate to https://www.quirksmode.org/html5/tests/video.html and observe the page while loading.


Actual: Black patch appears while loading the page.

Expected: No such black patch should be seen while loading the page.

This is a Non-regression issue seen from 'M60' series i.e 60.0.3072.0

Note : 
1.Issue is also observed on Canary #68.0.3398.0, Dev #67.0.3393.4 and Beta #66.0.3359.106 builds.
2.Issue not seen on Windows(7,8,8.1,10) & Linux(14.04 LTS) OS

As this being a Non-Regression issue, changing the status to Untriaged so that the issue would get addressed.

When exiting WebGL on the Mac we apparently show a block screen. I'm not sure why this is a bug at all - it's no worse than showing white and probably better.

No idea where to send this, but I suspect it's related to GPU or compositing.
