What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Recover Build >> In OOBE Press (Ctrl+Alt+Shift+R)to get powerwash screen
(2)Click on Powerwash button >>Again click on Cancel button of 'Confirm powerwash' overlay and observe the Powerwash screen

Actual: No default focus is seen on Powerwash button when we click Cancel button of 'Confirm powerwash' overlay
Expected: Focus should be seen on Powerwash button when we click Cancel of 'Confirm powerwash' overlay 

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-62

Note: Issue is not seen in Linux,Windows OS
