Can't share multiple mhtml files to Xender or ShareIt in a single share action

Issue description

Chrome Version: Chrome Canary
Android

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Select multiple files in Download Home
(2) Click Share
(3) Choose Xender

What is the expected result?
Share multiple files via Xender

What happens instead?
Can't

Tested the issue using #67.0.3396.8 on Pixel 2; 8.1.0 as per the steps mentioned below.

Steps:
1. Had multiple files in downloads
2. Selected few
3. Clicked on Share, selected Xender
4. Able to send

I can use Xender to send one or multiple mhtml files.

It doesn't work for ShareIt. The error message "Transferring such content type is not supported". We need to ask ShareIt to fix the problem.

Do more testing see if it is really fixed or not with Xender.  Assign to PM to interface with SHAREit or Xender as appropriate after testing it,
