Chrome Version       : 67.0.3396.3 (canary)

1. Browse to a page with suggestions (e.g. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/William_T._Stearn)
2. Trigger the sheet peek, and open the sheet to look at the suggestions
3. Open the Android app switcher and foreground another app
4. Go back to Chrome via the app switcher

Expected: either the sheet to still be visible, or to be able to retrigger the peek

Actual: Sheet has disappeared, and peek will no longer trigger.

I think ideally we would preserve Chrome in its sheet-open state at the time you background it, but this is a somewhat disruptive experience if you were in the middle of looking at suggestions.
