[MacViews-Browser] Move the Incognito Icon 2px to the right to be aligned with the Default Profile Button

Chrome Version: Canary 68.0.3397.0
OS: macOS 10.12.6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Enable MacViews-browser
(2) Open a new Window
(3) Open an Incognito Window
(4) Compare the position of the Profile Button with the Incognito Icon

What is the expected result?
The Incognito Icon could be 2px to the right to be aligned with the Default Profile Button

What happens instead?
The Incognito Icon is 2px too far to the left.

I have already filed this for Cocoa a while ago :-(

So I think this is not a MacViews-only issue...
