Repro:

1. Set zoom magnification to highest level (20x)
2. Tab to a checkbox on a web page

Expected: as much of both the checkbox and label are visible

Actual: the checkbox is centered on the screen, the label is partially clipped

This would be a bit of extra work to implement but it'd be a really nice refinement.
