right click menu has emoji & symbols option at the top

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_3) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3394.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. right click on the page and a the top option is "emoji and symbols" above open in new tab. 

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Now my muscle memory to open in a new tab is messed up. 

When I check my non-chromium build of chrome it doesn't have this change.

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 67.0.3394.0  Channel: n/a
OS Version: OS X 10.12.3
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 29.0 r0
