What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)  Change display resolution

What is the expected result?  Pointer/Text Caret changes size to reflect new resolution

What happens instead?
Pointer/Text Caret remains the old size, even after a reboot, so is comically large when you go to a higher resolution
