Regression:Overlapping of fish count indicator and the Count drop down is seen in fish bowl page

Issue description

Chrome Version:67.0.3396.0/10575.3.0 dev channel Candy,cyan
OS:Chrome OS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user  >>Enable 'Show bookmarks bar' option 
(2)Open Fish bowl page [https://testdrive-archive.azurewebsites.net/performance/fishbowl/] and observe the fish count indicator and the Count drop down

Actual: Overlapping of fish count indicator and the Count drop down is seen
Expected: No such overlapping should be seen

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in 66.0.3359.102/10452.54.0 beta channel Candy

Note: Issue is working fine in Linux,Windows,Other chrome OS devices like Daisy,Kip,Peppy..

Status: WontFix (was: Untriaged)
The website incorrectly assumes that there is always enough height for both the count and the right hand side menu which is not the case, if the window is short enough they'll be on top of each other. That is how the website was designed and there isn't anything we can do about it. It's a website bug.
