MIc disappear with tapping when switch between floating&dock in CJK keyboard

hrome OS Version: Version 68.0.3397.0 dev 64-bit
Chrome OS Platform: 10586.0.0 Official build dev-channel clapper
Google_clapper 5216.199.7


Steps：
1.Switch to pinyin layout
2.Switch between with Floating & Dock mode 
3.Tap mic icon 


Actual:
Mic icon disappeared
refers to attache vedio

Note:
1.Not repro each time
2.Not repro on xkb keyboard
4. Repro for all cjk keyboard
5. Try it more times, it change to normally

After log out then log in again, this issue not repro

Before it repro, i dis-connection network , re-connect it ;

But just now i repro above steps several times, it not repro again, 
i will observe it in later versions , if not repro again,  i will close it ;
