Slow connection problem in jquery

URLs (if applicable) : localhost
Other browsers tested: OK - Firefox Quantum: 59.0.2 (64-bit)

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
Slow connection is not Chrome issue, but just Chrome detects your network problem, and decides to show contents with fallback fonts rather than waiting for font loading. It works as intended.
