Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3325.181 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1.open chrome 2. move mouse cursor away from task bar 3. mouse pointer/cursor disappears What is the expected behavior? mouse cursor to appear and remain on screen when moved What went wrong? i dont know; the hide cusror when typing isnt checked marked either Did this work before? Yes the same Chrome version: 65.0.3325.181 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version:

Unable to reproduce the issue on Win-10 touch screen device using chrome reported version #65.0.3325.181 and latest canary #68.0.3397.0. Following are the steps followed to reproduce the issue. ------------ 1. opened chrome 2. moved mouse cursor away from task bar 3. Observed that mouse pointer/cursor did not disappear. lilyfulce@ - Could you please check the issue on latest canary #68.0.3397.0 by creating a new profile without any apps and extensions and please let us know if the issue still persist or not. Probably a duplicate of issue #451965. I hit it all the time and visiting chrome://restart is the only fix that works for me, until it happens again. Closing and reopening the browser tends not to work.
