I have some additional info from Chrome's logs with --enable-logging --v=1 When the issue occurs, the logs repeatedly say: "[10364:1264:0415/193856.677:ERROR:gles2_cmd_decoder.cc(18268)] [.DisplayCompositor-0000023D74FE0180]GL ERROR :GL_INVALID_OPERATION : glCreateAndConsumeTextureCHROMIUM: invalid mailbox name" I'm having trouble pinpointing the culprit, be it software or hardware side.

vigneshkum@ Thanks for the issue. Tested this issue on Windows 10 on the reported version 65.0.3325.181 and the latest canary 68.0.3397.0 and unable to reproduce the issue. Cannot observe any crash or frezzing of Chrome on watching a stream on twitch.tv and opening a new tab, Minimising the page, or accessing a different webpage. As the Crash IDs are given in comment #1, adding TE-NeedsTriageFromHYD label and requesting someone from Inhouse team to look into the issue and help in further triaging. Thanks..

What I posted previously was when the browser unfreezes itself and the player turns green, here's what happens when the browser is frozen according to Sawbuck.

As per provided crash id in comment #1 this is associated to Issue 613701, hence merging into it Please undo it if it not the case.
