Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:59.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/59.0 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open Google-Chrome with multiple tabs (or even just 1) 2. Suspend your notebook (here I close the lid) 3. Unsuspend your notebook and try to interact. What is the expected behavior? Everything should work: open new tabs, change tabes, interact with websites What went wrong? Chrome is completely frozen. Nothing works for at least 15~30s. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: Google Chrome 65.0.3325.181 (Versão oficial) 64 bits Revisão dc3469be277cc962ba01d9c0cb5bb1a265676c36-refs/branch-heads/3325@{#725} SO Linux JavaScript V8 6.5.254.41 Flash 24.0.0.189 internal-not-yet-present Agente do usuário Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3325.181 Safari/537.36 Linha de comando /usr/bin/google-chrome-stable --flag-switches-begin --flag-switches-end Caminho do executável /opt/google/chrome/google-chrome Caminho de perfil /home/slinstj/.config/google-chrome/Default Channel: stable OS Version: 18.04 Flash Version: 1 > It does not happen to Firefox. 2 > I completely purged chrome (deleted .cache, /opt and etc) and reinstalled it. So I logged again, waited install extensions, opened 2 tabs and suspend/unsuspend. The error still happens.

Unable to reproduce the issue on chrome reported version 65.0.3325.181 using Ubuntu 17.10 with steps mentioned below: 1) Launched chrome version and opened multiple tabs and navigated to different websites on multiple tabs 2) Closed the lid of the laptop and reopened again 2) Chrome didn't get frozen, able to interact with websites, open new tabs @Reporter: Could you please let us know if this issue is specific to Ubuntu 18.04. I don't have any other OS for testing right now. But the Chrome was updated about 5h ago. Tomorrow I will see what I can do to help. Thank you.
