The issue seems to be a feature request. Hence, marking it as untriaged for further inputs from dev team.

My request is to add option to not store response when website request access to microphone, camera,location, flash..  When website request access to camera Chrome must request: Once, this session,always, never

Just once or just for this session, I want to test speech recognition in Google search (it's example). But I do not want Google.com to always have access to the microphone.

Other website request access to location, I want a request each time the website requests it and not authorize it constantly. When the site wants to know my location for its statistics, I do not want, but if it is to improve the navigation during a specific request to locate me, I want to accept (but only this time)

We've thought through doing this before but never came up with a good UI. We erred on the side of encouraging decisions rather than postponing them.

Also we're no longer really working on permissions so the Emily's are probably best to triage these types of issues going forward :) 

just request with other option 'Once' and/or 'Once session' or same as Firefox add option '□ remember it' (see french screenshot)
thank you for improving privacy / access points to devices that endanger privacy! before making a material design interface, further complicating access to sensitive parameters (new design is for tablet.. and very bad for PC with mouse.. and 4K screen not solve)
Other browsers may be better for this point; but I hope that it is integrated on what remains today the best navigator.

mmmh, you make reset choice for Flash; but for the privacy of your users, is not that interesting for Chromium?
