Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open chrome on Android 2. Switch to incognito mode 3. Take a screenshot What is the expected behavior? A screenshot is produced What went wrong? An error notification pops up: couldn't capture screenshot Did this work before? Yes 64 Chrome version: 65.0.3325.109 Channel: stable OS Version: 8.1.0 Flash Version: None
