Shutdown "chrome-tot-chromeos-amd64-generic" and chromeos.chrome waterfall. |

Issue descriptionAs soon as chromium:650833 is fixed, we will be able to remove the final builders from chromeos.chrome, and thus the waterfall.

This builder runs a non-ChromeOS recipe. In theory, it's possible to support in Legoland, but it would be a very, very special snowflake. So... I'd rather shut this builder down (along with the waterfall), or find a way to run this builder somewhere in standard Chrome Infra.

Sounds fine. If we decide we need -informational coverage we should be able to include TestSimpleChromeWorkflow in amd64-generic-tot-chromium-pfq-informational, or (since it is already taking 2.5-3 hours) configure a similar builder that skips VMTests and maybe other stages.

We don't need chromeos.chrome anymore, so we can decommission it's remaining builder: vm30-m2.golo [vi]
