For Autofill, we have an issue where user don't choose Autofill but fill the form manually because they lack confidence in Chrome's suggestion. It is important to know how widespread this issue is because it could be that our UI and settings are not sufficiently clear to user.

If we add a UKM at the form submit time which check if autofill suggestion is same as the one typed by user then, we can count the number of these occurrences. If this turns out to be large we can provide IPH etc to improve confidence in suggestion.
