Cannot show the desktop context menu in home launcher

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Go to chrome:flags and enable home launcher.
(2) Switch to tablet mode
(3) Long press on the wallpaper

What is the expected result?
A context menu shows

What happens instead?
No context menu shows.

Show wallpaper context menu in home launcher

Changes:
Show the context menu in home launcher in the same way as that in
wallpaper when the background is long-pressed or right clicked.
