What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) --
(2) Install an extension
(3) Right click browser action and choose remove
(4) Observe dialog (screenshot below)

What is the expected result?
Report abuse title and checkbox fully visible

What happens instead?
Checkbox is missing and the text is cropped on the top and bottom
