Platform>Apps>AppLauncher

Please update description of existing and remaining component:
UI>Shell>Launcher

from 'app list and overview mode' to 'App list, home, & launcher'

3] Description of Component: Launcher related bugs

4] Admin/ Owner: omrilio@google.com

5] Please specify what triage practices will be followed for the component
(i.e. what team will do it and how frequently).

Prior to deprecating, please detail what to do with the bugs currently listed under the 2 components listed.

Please merge those 3 (Platfrom>Apps>Launcher, Platform>Apps>AppLauncher, UI>Shell>Launcher) and making the new default be UI>Shell>Launcher (change component)
