Issue description

compositing/geometry/child-layer-position-with-clip-path-overflow.html (expected to be added by my pending CL) fails in SPv2.

I'm leaving the team, thus re-assigning.

This is weird. The test passes in BGPT but not SPv2. It seems like the mask drawing display item has a wrong bound.
