Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:57.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/57.0 Platform: 9901.77.0 (Official Build) stable-channel peppy Steps to reproduce the problem: Settings were changed on Chromebook to swap primary mouse button as directed in: https://mcmw.abilitynet.org.uk/chrome-os-chromebook-making-your-mouse-left-handed-2/ Confirmed change was honored. Logged out of chromebook. Confirmed left handed mouse settings still enabled. Launched kiosk mode app. Left handed mouse settings immediately lost. https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=823848 What is the expected behavior? Expected behavior is for the Chromebook to maintain configuration settings in Kiosk mode. What went wrong? Chromebook reverted to right hand mouse configuration upon entering Kiosk mode. I am able to reproduce on M67 Dev build. Change is not occurring in Kiosk mode, at this moment it is user only.
