On Buildbot, we could customize how links are positioned in the header (see attached gxXJPFY4xbi.png). It isn't possible in Milo and thus the resulting header has much higher density of information (see attached j6Z5s7teD3m.png).

Both this and related issue 832598 would be solved with ability to provide custom HTML templates for the header like it was possible in Buildbot.
