What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user >> Open play store 
(2)Click at the notification tray to pop up play store notifications
(3)'X'close button is seen beside notification settings icon on hovering mouse >> now click on it and observe'X' button vanishes.

Actual:'X'close button for Google play notifications vanishes after clicking on it
Expected: On clicking on X button it shouldn't get vanish or no close icon should be as expected

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in M-65 stable

Note:Issue is not seen in Linux,Windows OS
