Non-Regression: Unnecessarily caps lock icon gets enabled/disabled in password field of sign-in screen

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)In Sign-out screen>> Enable Caps lock by using 'Alt+Search' and try typing the password and observe

Actual: Along with the Submit icon, Caps lock icon is also getting enabled/disabled when we type/clear something(Refer video)

Expected: No such issue should be seen

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-62
