Isolate Origins is not working as expected in Mac OS

Issue description

Chrome Version: (66.0.3359.106)
OS: (Mac 10.13.3)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Configure Isolate origins policy for https://www.yahoo.com
(2) Launch chrome browser
(3) Navigate to https://www.yahoo.com & https://www.phonearena.com

What is the expected result?
Subframes should be displayed for only https://www.yahoo.com

What happens instead?

Subframes is displayed for both https://www.yahoo.com &https://www.phonearena.com

Charlie, could it be that a field trial has been used to turn on SPP for Chrome on Mac for 66 already?

It seems like the policy is doing what it should looking at the about:version screen present in the video.

Indeed, we have a field trial enabling SitePerProcess for 99% of M66 Beta channel.  Thanks for noticing the difference!

You should be able to see the old Isolate Origins behavior if you turn on chrome://flags/#site-isolation-trial-opt-out to disable the field trial.
