Automatically assigning owner based on suspected regression changelist https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/126dc52ad8308bbd43aeb742bda0d62ac967f1ed (Change the browsertest of screen_orientation_dispatcher to unittest.).

If this is incorrect, please let us know why and apply the Test-Predator-Wrong-CLs label. If you aren't the correct owner for this issue, please unassign yourself as soon as possible so it can be re-triaged.

My CL touched the test of screen_orientation, it shouldn't cause the crash in media.
