OS: Mac(10.12.6, 10.13.1, 10.13.5).

Steps to reproduce:
1.Launch chrome and click on bookmark icon.
2.Now right click on name text field on bookmark bubble and mouse hover on context menu.
3.Observe.

Actual: I-Beam pointer is seen instead of arrow pointer on right click context menu options.
Expected: Arrow pointer should be seen on right click context menu options.

This is Regression issue broken in 'M-67’ and Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,

Good Build:67.0.3390.0(Revision: 548637)
Bad Build: 67.0.3393.0 (Revision: 549377) 

Unable to provide the bisect using per-revision script as getting trace back error while doing the bisect. Hence providing the bisect using old bisect script.
