Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open chrome web store
2. Input something in search box
3. Use Touch or Spen for related query box 

What is the expected behavior?
Touch or Spen should be work

What went wrong?
Does not work

Chrome version: 66.0.3359.79  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 10452.42.0
Flash Version: 

Below environment has same issue
 1. Window 10 + chrome browser 
 2. Android + Chrome Browser (Enable Desktop mode)
 3. ChromeOS

When i access web store by using edge/explorer, there are no problem.
