Limit auto-scrolling to a predefined set of roles

Auto scrolling, which is done by ChromeVox, results in unpredictable scrolling. E.g. pagerViewEx scrolling sometimes results in non-scrolling like behavior e.g. moving to next email in AquaMail.

TalkBack limits auto scrolling to a preset list of roles. ChromeVox should do the same.
